A snagging visit is not a quick walk-round. We work through your new-build methodically, looking for the small defects that are easy to miss when you are excited about the keys. If it is part of the home, it gets looked at.
After the inspection you receive a digital report, usually within 24 hours. Each issue is listed with photos, so you can pass it straight to your builder or developer and ask for the work to be put right before you move in.
